Hi! My name is Scott. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I have over 12 years of fitness related experience. Join me for a workout that will challenge you mentally and physically. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to push past your limits, these workouts will help you build strength, resilience and tenacity.
We're training for functional strength, endurance, fat loss, and conditioning for everyday life. All bodyweight exercises. HIIT, Tabata, partner exercises (if you're comfortable) ect. are all on the table for the workout of the day.
This is a paid training event but your first session is FREE.
