Games at Rick and Linda's

Rick and Linda host a fun game day the second Saturday of each month. They have a large game collection and many guests bring their games too. Our focus is mostly Euro and modern grames of lighter to medium weight, not the traditional games of our childhood like Monopoly, Uno, etc.

Rick and Linda provide bottled water, juices, and a variety of sodas. The food is pot luck, so bring a tasty dish, dessert, or snack to share.

Nearly all the RSVP spaces are registered in advance to longstanding friends. Others are welcome to RSVP beginning the preceding Saturday at 8:00 a.m., potentially joining a waitlist. Everyone is asked to promptly update their RSVP if plans change, this allows space to include as many from the waitlist as our home can accommodate. Guests joining us for the first time will be sent a Meetup Message with our full address. To all guests. Please stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID, influenza, or other communicable illness. Thank you.

Since our home only has limited space, we want to share other gaming opportunities:

• One option is to create your own Meetup event! I can help you gain "host" ability in Meetup for free. If you don't have room to host in your home, the huge Gamers Guild game room at 19th Av & Bell is an option or possibly an IHOP.
• Another option is joining the google group AZboardgamers (also known as Valley of the Sun Gamers Group). They have games every 2nd and 4th Saturday.
• And don't forget the many other boardgrame groups on Meetup and Facebook that you can join.
