This is the group for any organisations who want to benefit from lean and agile ways of working and find out more about how to go about doing so and the organisations who have agile teams and want to go beyond local benefits and achieve organisational agility.

This group will explore how local agility can be translated into organisational agility achieving business results and agility. The role of leadership, challenging our world view and achieving better outcomes.

We will cover a wide selection of topics ranging from Scrum, extreme programming, Kanban, Systems Thinking, Organisational Safety and cover the world-leading scaling framework, SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework).
