The Value Innovation Process and a Local Pricing Challenge

At our March event many people were eager to have a follow up session sooner rather than later. We are happy to oblige. Please come on Thursday April 25. The Ibbaka team, Karen Chiang and Steven Forth, will preview the workshop they are presenting at the Professional Pricing Society Spring Conference. If you are not able to travel to Atlanta this is a great opportunity to get the same insights. The focus will be the use of service design to understand how value is distributed along the customer journey and to use this to solve pricing design challenges.
