About the venue;
Station Place is Centurion REITS latest acquisition, a brand new 40 story luxury rental apartment building that sits adjacent to Kipling TTC subway station with a 42,000 sq ft Farm Boy grocery store as the main floor commercial tenant. There are 333 rental units which boasts of studio, one, one plus den, two, and two plus den options in addition to an abundance of entertainment amenities which include an outdoor infinity pool, rooftop lounge, kids’ craft room, pet wash, games room, as well as a full dining room complete with a catering kitchen. There will be a tour of the building after the presentation.
