Loopsessions

A. Bring your gear (SP404, Laptop, MPC, Maschine, Op-1, penny whistle)
B. sample the record (if you so choose to take the challenge), presented by our guest.
C. play your beat in front of your peers.

This isn't a contest nor is it a judgement on your skill level. Its a place to play beats that you've produced in 3 hours, get reactions, and hang with like minded individuals.

1. Sign up on arrival. First come, first served.
2. When your name is called, you have 5 minutes to sample anything from the selected record.
3. You will be given a copy of your samples to transfer onto your equipment.
4. Grab a station and off you go!
   First to arrive picks the record from the supplied crate. Once time is up, we fire up the loudspeakers and you get to share your track with your peers.
   Loop Sessions Vancouver is the baby brother of the original Loop Sessions taking place in Montreal. Founded in 2016 by Dr. MaD and Lou Piensa (Loop Pilots), Loop Sessions was inspired by BeatBrasilis, a weekly event which takes place at the Casa Brasilis record & coffee shop in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
