Tom is an accomplished and innovative Cloud Native Application Development leader with over two decades of software industry expertise. As a Practice Manager in the Cloud Native Development & IoT consulting practice at Rackspace, Tom has demonstrated his exceptional leadership skills by directing multi-million-dollar cloud software implementations with international teams, sustaining agile methodologies, optimizing product architecture, and planning, and providing commercial product support and customer training. His impressive portfolio of success stories and vast knowledge make him the perfect choice to lead any endeavour within the tech industry.
Dan is a highly experienced technology professional and leader who has been working in the field since 2003. He currently serves as the AWS Data Engineering Practice Manager at Rackspace, overseeing and ensuring the success of all data engineering projects undertaken. He mentors solutions architects on big data projects and drives process standardization and improvement across project delivery teams. Dan also leads training and developing curriculums for AWS, Snowflake, and GCP. Additionally, Dan has developed an impressive Center of Excellence that includes all big data specialty competencies and specializes in interviewing and hiring candidates in the big data space.
