Christmas Day of Service for the Rabbits

Help make sure the holidays are happy for the rabbits at Rabbitats Rescue Society's main shelter at 9231 No. 6 Rd. in Richmond.

Many of our usual volunteers are away for the holidays, but basic needs are still there, and as always the rabbits would love to meet you. Whether you're new to volunteering or have been here before, we need all the help we can get cleaning cages, mucking out colony spaces, and providing food. But if all you want to do is pet the rabbits, they'd love the attention as well.

If we have enough people sign up for this, we'll provide a (vegan) Christmas feast as well.

Note that Rabbitats is not easily transit-accessible, but we can provide transportation from Skytrain stations, and from the bus stop at SilverCity Riverport Cinemas.

Please dress for work both inside and out (meaning sturdy shoes, most importantly).
