We tried for months to find some badminton courts that could be booked weekly at night or on weekends, but no luck. Now we're moving on to something more interesting!
Leave a message if you think the archery tag is something you would like to join. We will start the first events once we have a minimum of 8 people, which the court owner (6Pack indoor beach) requires.
Important, please read this before you make RSVP:
Because the owner only accepted count rental that was paid in advance, we can only accept the RSVP made with e-transfer payment. Please fill in the date of the event and the meetup nickname (the name showing here in RSVP) when making the e-transfer, and the RSVP that was not paid before 3:00 p.m. every Thursday will be removed.

## What is Archery Tag?

## Does Archery Tag Hurt?
No, archery tag is not painful. The arrows are tipped with giant foam marshmallows and, even on bare skin, cause minor discomfort. Plus, everyone is required to wear a mask. Plus+: We're playing on an indoor beach, so it won't hurt you even if you fall.
## I never played either archery or archery tag. Am I welcome?
If you've never played before, don't worry. There will be a short intro lesson every week. And you don't require the archery technique to win the game.

## Why do I pay it upfront?
The owner of the court requires it, so we can not book the court unless we pay upfront. The hosts already pay for the deposit from their own pocket, and we're not making any profit from hosting the events. Please note that you need to transfer the cost to the hoster, and the RSVP that does not receive the fee will be removed from the RSVP list at 3:00 p.m. every Thursday.
## Cancellation and refund?
6Pack does not allow rental to less than 8 players and only willing to make a refund that was be made seven days in advance, and a deposit of a minimum of eight players' cost was made by the event hoster (who are volunteers and not making any profit from the event). So what we can do is:
1. If there are fewer than 8 people RSVPed by 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, you can be either refunded or join next week's event for free.
2. If you cancel before 6:00 PM on Thursday, and someone joins the event between that Thursday and Saturday and does show up, we can let that player send you the full cost. But there is no refund if no one RSVPs between Thursday and Saturday.
3. No refund if you cancel the RSVP after 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, but you can ask your friend to join the game.
4. The booking and refund will be made every Thursday at 6:00 p.m. So in case 2 above, the refund will be made on Thursday.
5. If your Transfer is not received by the hosting team before 5:00 p.m., your RSVP will be removed.
