Victor 23 Brewing boasts a large pup-friendly outdoor space, fantastic PNW style beer, and a notable pizza menu featuring several other fun options, (Rally Pizza). This place is the quintessential neighborhood pub and it’s really a gem. We did this a year ago and it was great fun.
