1. Welcome and Introduction (5 minutes)
• Brief welcome and overview of the event.
• Introduction of host.

2. Meet Over Food & Drink (25 minutes)
• Casual mingling with refreshments to create a relaxed atmosphere.

3. 1:1 Networking Sessions (110 minutes)
• Rotate every 10 minutes
The people on the right side move to the next seat, while the people on the left side stay in place.

One Important Notice
To cover the Meetup Subscription Fee, there will be a USD5 (CAD7) organization fee per person.

We'd appreciate you confirming your attendance because:
1. The restaurant needs our final headcount for business planning
2. More RSVPs than seats, confirming guarantees your seat
3. Paying the organizing fee via Interac in advance helps us focus on your experience during the event instead of handling payments
