Welcome to Vancouver creative ladies (30+) group! 🥳😄
I am Liz, originally from Thailand, and I have been in Canada (Nova Scotia) since December 2023, but I just moved to Vancouver in February 2025. I know how hard it is to find new friends who have the same interests, so rather than joining random Meet Up groups, I have an idea to create my own group and ask people who have the same interests to join me and aim to make a real connection with all of you!
For this group, I would like to make it small for people to build real connections, so every activity will have no more than 10-15 people to keep the quality.
The activities will be varied, but mostly we will do some art & craft (acrylic painting, air-dry clay magnet, or keychain) in the park or on the beach. Sometimes we may go hiking (easy one), cafe meet-up, etc.
As I used to be an art teacher in Australia before, I will be the introductor. (No worries, it will be so easy. 😉) This group is not an art class to make a profit; I just would like to make new friends, so the amount you pay to join the activities will be very affordable ($15-30).
