Hands-On Workshop: Create a Dashboard with Observable

Have you also heard lots about Observable and have been meaning to try it out, but just haven't had the chance yet? Or just hearing about it for the first time?

Either way, this hands-on workshop is a great place to start. We'll be working with Observable Notebooks, a powerful, browser-based environment for building interactive dashboards and exploring data.
​We'll start with a ready-to-go notebook, walk through how it all works, and build a simple dashboard together.
​
No heavy setup required — just bring a laptop, a modern web browser, and curiosity. Some basic familiarity with JavaScript or working with data will help, but isn’t strictly necessary. We’ll move at a beginner-friendly pace and focus on learning by doing.

​If you have a data set you’re interested in exploring, feel free to bring it along. Otherwise, we’ll have a sample data set ready so everyone has something to work with.
