Doodle Soup Meetup #2! A Place to Doodle, Connect & Be Yourself

Date: June 21st, 2025, Saturday || 12pm-2pm
Location: Rumor Cafe, 957 E Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V6A 0H1
Who: Open to all ages and all skill levels
Cost: Free / By Donation (e-transfer helloangelk @gmail.com). Give what you can, if you can. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

What:
The 2nd Doodle Soup Club is on June 21st at Rumor Cafe!
This is a chill, free or by-donation drawing/doodle session led by @Kaodesigns.
Come hang out, doodle freely and let your inner child take the wheel for a bit, and connect with fellow creatives.

What to Expect:
– We'll kick things off with a 20 minute warm-up drawing exercise led by me to grease the creative wheels and set some loose intentions for the session.

– After that, it's an open sketching session where you can draw whatever you like, or work on the things you've been putting off.

– Meet and connect with other artists and doodlers in the community.

– Bring your own sketchbook and supplies if you’ve got them. Limited materials will be provided.

Rumor Cafe will be featuring their Happy Hour drinks and Weekend Brunch menu during the session. No purchase necessary, but feel free to treat yourself to a sip or snack if you want them.

This is a space to unwind, play, experiment, and be present with your creativity. Come solo or bring a friend.

Note:
