This workshop is designed to help you connect with your body and inner self through movement. When tension builds or you sense imbalance—tight muscles, fatigue, or feeling out of sync—your body is sending important signals.
This workshop features easy-to-learn movements suitable for every fitness level and background. These practices are both calming and invigorating, inviting all parts of your body into a state of renewed vitality and well being. Using Qi Gong and Somatics, you’ll explore techniques that encourage healing, awareness, and self-acceptance.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely on this journey to greater connection of body, mind and spirit.
Anne Binning is a teacher with Training in Power Academy and the Director of the Master Warrior program for the Academy. She is also a personal trainer.
