Join eco-artist Joshua from Invasive Art Initiative for an invasive species eco art workshop.

Learn to work with invasive species, harvested from local restoration sites, to make up-cycled materials. In this workshop, participants will be led on crafting Horse Chestnut and Morning Glory Keychains along with Pencils made for Himalayan Blackberry and Black Locust tree. Come away with new drawing supplies and instructions on how to make your own at home.

Hot drinks provided. This event is facilitated by the Invaisve Art Initiative.

Please pre register for this event. This event is focused at participants 10+ years old. Meet at the Champlain Heights Community Centre. The workshop will be held both indoors and outdoors, please dress appropriately for the weather.
