What we’re about
A group of photographers, models and make-up artists interested in photography of the nude. We'll touch on the fine points of lighting and posing through workshops mostly in my studio in downtown Vancouver. All skill levels are welcome. Members/participants must be 19 or older. We'll shoot with some of the top models in the city and some traveling models as well. Membership is free. Photographers pay for the shoots, models and Make-up artists will get paid.
The groups are small, maximum six photographers. There will usually be two set-ups, one high key and one low. We'll have the model for three hours. It will not be a teaching workshop, the lighting will be set and you can tweak it as much as you like, my assistant and I will be there to facilitate/assist. Each photographer has five minutes for each round, and will have the transmitter for the strobe and only he/she will direct the model. After each round we change lighting slightly and/or add props/clothing/fabric. You need a camera with a hot shoe for the transmitter. The photographers that aren't shooting may be pressed into service as assistants.
I will go over model etiquette before the shoot.

Terms and Conditions:
By participating in this group, you agree that:
1. RSVP and attendance. I agree that if I RSVP for an event I will show up or cancel my RSVP at least 48 hours before the shoot. I will receive a warning for any ‘no shows’ and will be removed from the group on the second warning.
2. Professionalism. We are working with people and respect has to be one of the most important aspects all the time. Comments or behaviours offensive or insulting to other members/models will not be tolerated. At second warning you'll be out of the group.
3. Damage of equipment. I agree that if I damage any equipment or location that does not belong to me, that I will replace the piece of equipment with the equivalent or newer replacement immediately. This also applies to rental equipment that you damage or that you rent and are responsible for.
4. Indemnification. I agree to waive the organizer from any and all responsibility for any damages or legal liability and never to seek legal action against him from anything that happens in the group.

Any photographs that we post here will be implied versions, that is: no nipples or genitalia can show.
