I've been coming here every year, and I always have such a wonderful time! I love the relaxing atmosphere, the hot mineral pools, and the beautiful surroundings. This time, I'd love to share this experience with you all!
Get ready for a fun getaway filled with hot pools, relaxation, laughter, and great company. Let's make some wonderful memories together! 🥰🌿
📅 1. EVENT DETAILS
🗓️ Check-in: November 10 at 4:00 PM
🗓️ Check-out: November 11 at 11:00 AM
🚗 Departure time: We will probably leave around 5:00 PM.
If you'd prefer to arrive by 4:00 PM, please let me know well in advance so I can make the necessary arrangements for you.
🍽️ 2. FOOD & DRINKS — PLEASE READ!
There is no kitchen in the hotel rooms, so please plan accordingly.
🥪 It's best to bring your dinner with you or pick something up along the way, such as a sandwich.
🥨 Please bring your own snacks and beverages to enjoy during our stay.
♨️ There is only one microwave in the lobby, so please don't count on being able to use it.
🥤 Please bring a plastic or metal cup/container for your drinks around the pool. Glass containers are not allowed near the pools.
🥐 3. BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED!
Great news! 😊 Breakfast is included in our room reservation, so we can enjoy breakfast together the next morning between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM❤️☕.
♨️ 4. LET'S ENJOY THE HOT POOLS!
We'll probably spend most of our time relaxing in the hot mineral pools! 💦
Things to bring:
• 🩱 Swimsuit × 2
• 🩴 Sandals or flip-flops for the pool area
• 🧢 A hat
• 🧴 Personal toiletries
• 🥨 Snacks and beverages
• 🎲 Board games or other games if you'd like to spend time together and have some extra fun!
🌙 5. RESORT POOL HOURS
The resort's published pool schedule is generally:
• General hours: 8:00 AM–11 P.M
• Quiet zone: 8:00–10:00 AM and 7:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Adults-only indoor pool (18+): 10:00 PM–1:00 AM
Pool access is for registered overnight guests with wristbands. Please follow the resort's rules and posted instructions.
🚭 6. NON-SMOKING & NON-VAPING RESORT
Please be aware that Harrison Hot Springs Resort & Spa is a 100% non-smoking and non-vaping property.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in guest rooms, cottages, balconies, patios, terraces, and near open windows. Two designated smoking areas are available on the resort grounds.
🛏️ 7. ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
Each room accommodates up to four people and includes:
• 1 queen bed
• 2 twin beds
Please be prepared to share your room with other members of our group.
💰 8. COST, DEPOSIT & REGISTRATION
The estimated total cost is 150–200 per person(includes breakfast) depending on the final arrangements.
💵 Deposit required: 150 per person
📅 Final deadline to pay your deposit: November 5th

⚠️ IMPORTANT: NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY
Please understand that the 150 deposit is non-refundable because it covers the hotel reservation cost. The hotel charges us for the room whether you show up or not.
Therefore, if you cancel or are unable to attend, your deposit cannot be refunded.

🌧️❄️ 9. WEATHER POLICY — IMPORTANT!
We intend to go ahead with the event even if it rains or snows, so please be prepared for the weather.
However, everyone's safety comes first. If severe weather makes travelling unsafe, we will reassess the situation and communicate any necessary changes.
🚗 10. TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
If you're getting a ride:
• The estimated additional cost is 35–40 per person, payable directly to your driver.
• Please arrange your ride in advance.
• If you need to leave earlier than the rest of the group, please discuss it with your driver beforehand.
If you're driving yourself:
• Each room is allowed one car for parking.
• If you bring your own car because you haven't arranged a ride, there will be an additional $25 parking fee.
⏰ 11. CHECK-OUT & EARLY DEPARTURE
We'll discuss the check-out arrangements together.
If you need to leave earlier than the rest of the group, please coordinate with your driver in advance so everyone can plan accordingly.

Please note that this is a friendly, volunteer-organized social event. I'm hosting this event voluntarily to bring people together, have fun, and enjoy a relaxing getaway.
Everyone is responsible for their own safety, personal belongings, decisions, and actions throughout the event, including during transportation and while using the resort's facilities.
As the volunteer organizer, I'm coordinating this gathering for everyone to enjoy, but I'm not acting as a professional tour guide or taking responsibility for participants' individual safety or personal circumstances.
By registering for and attending this event, you confirm that you have read and understood all the information provided above and agree to take responsibility for yourself throughout the event.
Please make sure you understand the arrangements, follow the resort's rules, and make decisions that are appropriate for your own safety and well-being.
