Join this session and learn to quickly reduce your stress using the cutting-edge technique, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). It doesnt matter where your stress comes from, the climate crisis or your boss. EFT can be easily used at home to feel better. Its based on ancient Chinese Medicine: Accupuncture and Accupressure. My partner Farah Ali, who you all know from our meetings and events, is this host.

This easy-to-use technique has proven results and can be applied as a self-help tool. Learn to use it for yourself!
Those who attend this session will:

  • Experience instant stress reduction with 2 easy processes you can use on your own after the session.
  • Discover key findings from recent research for how EFT reduces stress.
  • Learn EFT and how to apply it for personal use.
  • Formulate a plan to apply on your own in your life.

Be prepared for some fun as we will be reflecting, discussing, and visualizing. There will be “bonus” work assigned for those who want to take it to the next level! You will be amazed at the amount of stress relief that will come from this process.
