December's book club will be apologetics month. The book club will be changed up a bit in December.

Everyone is encouraged to read a theistic apologetics books. We'll then share the arguments from each of the books for the discussion.

Our goal will not be to mock the arguments, but really try to understand their point of view and why people may find these arguments convincing.

Possible example books might include Mere Christianity by CS Lewis, anything by William Lane Craig, Ravi Zacharias, or Lee Strobel. We'll be very interested in people who can find non-Christian apologetics books (e.g. Muslim, Hindu, Jewish).

The BC Humanist book club will be held on the first Tuesday of every month at 49th Parallel Cafe (on Main Street at 13th Avenue). The event is free, but consider supporting the venue by purchasing a drink or snack.

Please suggest books for upcoming months and invite anyone who may be interested.

Most books are available at the Vancouver Public Library or local book stores or through the BC Humanist Association.
