This Group is aim to Train you from Nothing to Something. Whether you are New or Experienced, Young Or Old. All are Welcome. We hope to help you Run Faster, Lift Stronger. Will do a Weekly Run / Training to build Speed and Strength.

This is a Group for anyone interested in Running or doing Obstacle Race . If you want to meet other people or train with somebody, this is where you should push together to be Stronger.

Our Trainer has 8 years of Running Experience and 5 years of Lifting. Looking forward to train you to be next Hero.
