Evolving the Race Conversation

Details
Events from the past couple of weeks are showing us a cultural zeitgeist is underway. Historical and systematic inequities of BIPOC (black, indigenous, and people of colour) are being surfaced like never before, as conversations are filling the airwaves and our social media feeds.
So what can we do to participate meaningfully in this moment? How does integral consciousness help us facilitate generative dialogues around systemic racism and white supremacy with our friends, families, colleagues, and communities? How do we transcend and synthesize some of the polarities emerging around the conversation?
And finally, how might increased diversity in the larger integral community (and within VILN) add value, and how might we address this gap?
Grappling honestly with these (and other) questions may not always be pretty or elegant, but this is truly where we can apply our integral capacities and understanding!
