This month's event is an invitation to explore what we envision and want to build forward as a society. It's a daring task, we know, and we believe we can figure it out together by engaging in deeper conversations and sense-making.

Let's learn from our experiences, dreams, and hopes to catalyze the transformative edge of this moment. Perhaps there is a sense that new ways of collaborating or developing deeper capacities for sense-making or finding new grounds for shared agreements are necessary moving forward. Let's find out, together.

With that intent in mind and through the principles of dialogue and appreciative inquiry, we invite you to join in deepening the conversation on what the current challenges are inquiring from us.

Narratives build heroes, dia-logos build networks.

During this session, we will be engaging in small groups and apply a process of inquiry that aims to facilitate sense-making through a structured dialogue process. In brief, this session will help with deepening the conversation on topics that are most important for our communities and organizations moving forward.

What you will learn and practice during this session:

Exercise the ability to engage from "right relationship"

Work with a proposal to advance the discussion from your unique perspective

Practice receiving a structured response to your proposal

Apply your listening abilities in order to give a well-formed and structured response

Engage in perspective-taking to facilitate cohesion among a group

Build capacity to deepen your vision work as a group

As a way to support the convening group to get an idea of the multiple perspectives before it convenes, let's start with this simple question: What do you envision for society moving forward?
