We are happy to announce the new date for our special Zoom event with Dr. Orly Ben-Yacov of the Weizmann Institute of Science.
The title of her talk is: “The Science of Food: A Personalized Approach”.

Orly is a registered dietitian and currently a postdoc fellow at the lab of Prof Eran Segal in WIS. During her PhD studies, she conducted two clinical trials to compare the efficacy of a personalized algorithm-based diet approach that integrates clinical and microbiome features to target postprandial glucose responses (PPGR), to the commonly recommended Mediterranean diet. She will share with us the surprising results of her research.
