밴쿠버 KDD 22번째 정모입니다!

이후에는 웹 접근성(Web Accessibility)에 대한 발표가 있을 예정입니다. Web Accessibility는 장애인, 고령자 등이 웹 사이트에서 제공하는 정보에 비장애인과 동등하게 접근하고 이해할 수 있도록 보장하는 것인데요, 최근 inclusive design의 중요성이 높아진 만큼, 개발자, 디자이너분들이 꼭 알아두시면 앞으로 많은 도움이 되실거라고 생각합니다.

Hello everyone!

This is KDD's 22nd Meetup.

As always huge thanks to our sponsors DevHub for sponsoring the venue and amenities, and Google for sponsoring the food and various expenses. It is hard to continue organizing the monthly meetup without their generosity, so thank you so much!

We will start off with a quick introduction of everyone's name, what they currently do, and what they wish to achieve from attending the meetup.

In this meet up, one of our member Daehwan Lee is going to present about ’Web Accessibility’. It is the inclusive practice of ensuring there are no barriers that prevent interaction with, or access to, websites on the World Wide Web by people with disabilities. It has been a very important topic in development & design industry, so hope you join us and learn about web accessibility!
