## WHAT WE’RE ABOUT
The world needs more laughter - and honestly, most of us don’t get nearly enough of it.
Laughter Yoga is a fun, uplifting group experience where laughter becomes exercise, stress relief, and human connection all at once. Sessions are free, open to the public, and welcoming to absolutely everyone. Bring a friend, bring your family, or just bring yourself.
No yoga mat.
No flexibility required.
No complicated poses.
Just breathing, gentle movement, stretching, and laughter.
Hosted by certified Laughter Leaders, these sessions combine playful exercises with intentional breathing techniques that help people relax, recharge, and feel more connected. Many people say they feel lighter, happier, and more energized after just one session.
You don’t need a reason to laugh - you just need to show up.

Just as light spreads outward and illuminates everything it touches, laughter has the power to lift our spirits, energize the body, and create meaningful connection with others.
In this Laughter Wellness session, we’ll explore how even the smallest spark of joy can grow into a radiant wave of wellbeing. Through gentle laughter, rhythmic movement, conscious breathing, and playful connection, we’ll kindle warmth within ourselves and shine it outward into the world around us.
