What if joy isn't something we use up?

On International Infinity Day (8/8), we'll explore the idea that laughter, kindness, and connection can create an endless ripple of well-being. Every smile shared has the potential to brighten another life, and that joy often finds its way back to us.

Together we'll enjoy playful laughter exercises, gentle breathing, mindful moments, and opportunities to connect in a welcoming, supportive community. No yoga poses, special skills, or sense of humour are required, just a willingness to show up exactly as you are.

Come discover how one laugh can become many, and how even the smallest spark of joy can keep flowing.

Free • All ages & abilities welcome
Bring water, wear comfy clothes, no mats needed.

What is Laughter Wellness?
Join us for a joyful Laughter Wellness session — a unique blend of laughter, breath, and movement to uplift your mood, ease stress, and spark connection. In this supportive space, discover how laughter rejuvenates the body, calms the mind, and strengthens community. A kissing cousin to Laughter Yoga, Laughter Wellness offers an even broader toolkit of playful, mindful, and energizing practices for well-being and joy.
