ILEA Vancouver is a community for people who make live events actually happen.
Planners. Producers. Entertainers. Designers. AV. Venues. Vendors who live in the details, the pressure, and the moments where there is no redo.
ILEA exists because live events are different from every other industry. The work is fast. The stakes are public. The expectations are high. And most of what really matters is learned on the job, not in a classroom.
These meet-ups are an extension of that idea.
They’re built for people who want real conversations about pricing, clients, creative burnout, reputation, boundaries, and longevity in this business. Not theory. Not panels. Real talk from people who are in it right now.
