## Momentum Club : Ideas → Action

Why this exists
Have you ever read a self help book but never put its teaching into action? Or you wanted to make a change for the better in your life or community but never had the will to act?
Then this club is for you!! Momentum Club is a fast, low‑pressure hour where we trade useful ideas and leave with one tiny Action to try for 7 days. (Inspired by Ben Franklin’s Junto—updated for 2025.)

How it works (recurring format)

  • We write down what our personal goal for the week is
  • We read short passages from our favorite books/movies/websites aloud (optional)
  • We discuss how each of us can have a positive impact on our communities and each other
  • We finish with one small positive action you’ll test before next meetup
  • And one tiny habit that would make tomorrow 5% easier
  • Bring one useful thing (optional): a question, a quote/data point, or a tool/link you’ve tried

What to bring (optional)

  • Question you’ve been chewing on (Could be about anything!)
  • Quote/data point (≤150 words) from a book/article
  • A Tool/link you actually used this week (something you found to be interesting)

When & where
🗓️ Saturday, October 11th, 4:00PM - 5:00PM
📍Central library Central Library — L4 North (492) Meeting Room

A written, specific 7‑day change you’ll actually try

For next week (what to bring back)

  • Your experiment results (did you do it ≥3 times? what changed?)
  • Optionally, one useful thing to share: a question, a short quote/data point, or a small tool/link
