πŸ§˜πŸ““ Contemplative Meditation + Journaling Circle (Session 2) - 7:00–8:00 PM

Group meditation + meaningful conversation + quiet journaling.
No experience needed, but please arrive on time if it’s your first time.

Short summary
Same practice, later slot.
We read a short passage, sit in contemplative group meditation, share briefly (or just listen), then journal quietly while the mind is still settled.
This is contemplative meditation, not narrated guided meditation.
We begin with a short reading and the teacher occasionally cues a concept from the reading during the sit.
People usually leave feeling calmer and clearer β€” not hyped.
If it’s your first time, please arrive right on time so we can explain the process before we begin.

The hour (exact timing)
We start at 7:10 PM (not 7:00) to give everyone a few minutes to settle in.
- 7:00–7:10: arrive, settle, quick hello
- 7:10–7:25: contemplative group meditation (15 min)
- 7:25–7:45: meaningful conversation (20 min)
We use a β€œtalking stick” so sharing stays brief and intentional. You can always pass.
- 7:45–8:00: quiet journaling (15 min)
Private writing. No sharing required.

Bring
- Notebook + pen (or whatever you journal with)
- Optional: water/tea
- Optional: sweater / cushion
