Karaoke Sunday!🎙💃🏻🕺

Low-pressure public karaoke night - hosted by Mary and Reza.

Short summary

This is a fun, casual Sunday night at Fionn MacCool’s for people who want music, food, drinks, laughter, and cheering each other on!
You do not need to be a good singer.
You do not need to sing at all.
Come to sing, cheer, listen, socialize, eat, have a drink, or just enjoy the cozy pub with kind people.
This is the pub’s public karaoke night, not a private room, so we’ll be sharing the space with the regular crowd - part of the fun!!
It also means the song queue may move at pub speed, so, please bring patience, a few song ideas and the version of yourself that can have fun and meet new people!

How the night will go

We’ll meet at 7:40 PM at the long table near the front, just before the bar.
We’ll settle in, say hello, get food or drinks if people want, and start putting names into the karaoke queue once the night gets moving.
Some people will sing right away, some people will need twenty minutes and a drink, some people will just cheer all night - all valid!
This is more “fun Sunday social night” than “performance showcase.” If someone sings badly and commits to it, that is honestly the spirit of the thing:)!

The room we want

Friendly. Relaxed. Easy to join.
Bad singing is welcome.
Bad behaviour isn’t.
This is not a belligerent drinking night. No getting sloppy, creepy, aggressive, or make the room uncomfortable for other people.
Be good to the venue staff and be good to each other!
We’re here to have fun, meet people, and keep the vibe safe and recurring:)!

Food / drinks

Everyone pays for their own food and drinks - no pressure to drink alcohol, of course!
Please do purchase at least one item, as we are in a public restaurant taking seats:)!
