đź““ Sunday Journaling - weekly reflection hour
Details
Weekly reflection and journaling gathering at a coffee shop.
Short summary
Some weeks disappear without ever being looked at.
You work.
You scroll.
You answer messages.
You carry things around in your head like they are going to organize themselves out of politeness.
They don’t.
This is a simple one-hour journaling meetup at a coffee shop: a small weekly container to slow down, write honestly, and notice what the week actually did to you.
This is not a Silent Reading Party.
This is not a Meditation + Journaling Circle.
This is not therapy.
It is quieter and simpler than that.
A coffee, a notebook, a room of people doing their own reflection, and one hour where the point is not to be impressive, productive, or socially shiny.
Just write the truth down before the week eats it.
A few questions already sitting in my head
- “What actually happened this week, not just on paper?”
- “What did I avoid looking at?”
- “What gave me energy, and what quietly took it?”
- “What am I pretending is complicated because I don’t want to act?”
- “What is one small thing I can do next instead of overthinking my whole life?”
- “What am I carrying that does not need to come with me into next week?”
How the evening will go
We’ll meet at Zaatar W Zeit and use the hour for reflection and journaling.
This is not a performance space.
You do not need to share your writing.
You do not need to sound deep.
You do not need to explain your whole life to strangers.
The point is to create a small weekly pause before Monday starts making demands again.
Quiet > crowded.
Honest > polished.
