A quieter middle of the week

By Wednesday, most people are already carrying a little too much.
Messages, errands, work thoughts, unfinished conversations, the weird background noise of the week.
This is a warm midweek reset: a small room at the library where we slow down together, sit with a short reading, meditate, write, and have a real but gentle conversation before heading back into the rest of the week. ๐ŸŒ™
You can come solo. Most people do. The room is meant to feel welcoming and social without turning into a mixer.

What weโ€™ll do

This is the Wednesday companion to the Tuesday Contemplative Meditation + Journaling Circle.
Weโ€™ll use the same session material and the same reading as Tuesday.
The session includes short opening comments, a short reading, contemplative meditation, a brief pass-the-stick reflection, journaling, and open discussion.
It is not guided visualization. No meditation or journaling experience is needed.

The feel of the room

You do not need to say something profound. You do not need to share your writing. You just need to arrive with enough willingness to sit, listen, write, and let the room settle around you.
Please arrive on time so we can begin together. This kind of room works best when people settle in at the same time.

Bring
Notebook and pen. โœ๏ธ
Optional: water or tea, sweater, cushion, or anything that helps you sit comfortably.
This is not therapy or professional meditation instruction - just a simple shared practice for attention, reflection, and a little more honesty than the week usually allows.
