✍️ Story Writing Circle

✍️ We're meeting at UBC Learning Exchange for a once-monthly Story Writing Circle.

The story in your head can feel much clearer than the one on the page. An unwritten scene can seem convincing because you have not yet had to choose what a character says, what they notice or what happens next. A rough draft makes those gaps visible, which can feel like losing the story rather than finally working on it. How do you tell the difference between a problem that needs more thought and one you can only understand by writing through it?
