First Meeting: Introductions, Organizational Matters, Tooling

The main goal of this meeting would be to get to know each other as well as to start establishing format. Also see understand a bit better overall level of participants and what topics might be of interest to cover in the future.

As such it will be pretty light on technical matters, however I hope to have a chance brandishing my dev environment & some tools, as well as maybe other participants would be willing too.

The meeting will be online over the google meet. I will send calendar invitations closer to the set date.

DISCLAIMERS & SOME RULES

Since operational security is quite important in this particular industry and I want to create an environment that feels safe to discuss and present things even on sensitive topics, we would do some basic screening of the participants. Which would consist of:

1. The need to provide a valid working email with your RSVP to be moved to the "going" list and receive calendar invite. I will contact you to collect that info after your joined the waiting list.

2. Turn your camera on (at least briefly) and introduce yourself (at least briefly again, longer for first-timers) when you join the meeting room.

The meeting will be 3 hours, but if anyone wants/needs to exit earlier for whatever reason that's fine. No in and outs and then back in thou, please (modulo bathroom/fridge breaks). Joining late might be ok given the circumstances, but it will also be frowned upon if abused.

And last but not least this event is organized for fun and exchange of ideas and experience, not to sell products or services of any sorts. Nothing said or demonstrated by organizers nor any of participants can be constituted as a financial advice of any kind. Neither organizers nor any of participants can be held responsible for any financial or other kind of loss that one might incur as a result of attendance.
