The ability to stay resilient in uncertain times, though important to everyone, is especially important to those over 50 who are in career transition.

On Thursday, August 14, in his 15-20 minute talk, I will walk us through a definition of resilience, why it's so important, particularly now, and strategies we can build to become more resilient in these very uncertain times.

My "wee" talk will be followed by an opportunity for group participants to share the resiliency challenges they have faced and how they've addressed them.

We hope to break up into dyads and triads for the second half of the Meetup so participants can network more easily and also provide support for each other in this time of career transition.
