Event Description: Overcoming Procrastination IN-PERSON MEET-UP

Procrastination is something that affects many of us. It can sneak up when we least expect it and rob us of precious time that could have been put to more productive use. But overcoming procrastination is not impossible. Join our group meeting to learn practical techniques and strategies to defeat the delay and make the most out of your time and meet some great people!

Meetup Schedule:
7:00 - 7:15pm - Meet and Greet Time to get to know your fellow procrastination fighters.
7:15 - 7:30pm - Icebreaker Activity: "Procrastination Bingo" A fun, interactive game to start the conversation about our procrastination habits and challenges.
7:30 - 7:50pm - "The Science Behind Procrastination" Learn about why we procrastinate and the psychology behind this common obstacle.
7:50- 8:30 pm - Workshop: "Overcoming Procrastination Strategies" We dive into various techniques proven to help overcome procrastination. Participants will have an opportunity to role-play and practice these strategies.
8:30 - 9:00pm - Open Discussion and Q&A Participants can share their own experiences, challenges, successes, and ask any questions.
9:00pm - Wrap Up and Networking Wrap-up, exchange contacts if you wish, and talk about the next meetup.
