I want to start this year calm, clear, and intentional — and I’d love to help you do the same.
In this online session, I’ll guide you through a short, gentle breathwork practice to settle your nervous system. From there, we’ll shift into setting realistic goals and New Year’s resolutions that actually feel doable in real life, not overwhelming or guilt-based.
My approach is simple:
breathe first, then choose your actions.
When the body is calmer, the mind makes better decisions.
In this session we will:
- do a short guided breathwork practice to reduce stress
- look at how a regulated nervous system helps with follow-through
- reflect on what you want more and less of this year
- turn vague resolutions into clear, realistic goals
- choose one small step you’ll take in the next 24 hours
You’ll finish the session feeling calmer and clearer — and with resolutions that actually fit your real life.
This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly space. You’re welcome to keep your camera on or off.
