Vancouver's Chinatown is Canada's largest, a vibrant historic district known for its unique "recessed balcony" architecture blending Chinese and Western styles, rich cultural heritage, diverse cuisine, and significant role in Chinese-Canadian history, centered around Pender Street with attractions like the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden. It's a bustling area with traditional herbal shops, modern boutiques, and authentic restaurants, designated as a National Historic Site.

WHERE WILL WE MEET: Inside the mall entrance. We will say our hellos, discuss the route and head out. We will go for coffee following the photowalk.

HOW DO I GET THERE: For transit info....www.translink.ca. If driving, there is metered street parking and parkades.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING? A Camera, it doesn't matter if you have a camera phone, a point and shoot or a DSLR, any camera is fine.
