-Keep it friendly! No slide tackles, shoulders, raised arms or rough play of any kind.

-Anyone over 16 can play

-goalies no hands

-Try to bring a white AND a dark (black or dark blue) shirt

-Attendance is high, so please come by 1pm to make things manageable
