Power BI Git Integration: A Live Demo | Michael Olafusi

Details

SESSION TRACK:
Power BI

SESSION OUTLINE:
First, we'll take a look at some of the latest features and updates to Power BI Desktop with Joseph Yeates.

Next, Microsoft MVP Michael Olafusi will give us a live demo of Power BI Git integration. For a very long time, companies and individuals who actively use Power BI have wanted a proper version control system. People have used all sorts of hacks from SharePoint to network folders that are automatically backed up. Finally, we now have a proper version control system! This session will be a live demo of how to set up the native Git integration within Power BI service and carry out a true CI/CD (continuous integration/continuous delivery).

SPEAKER PROFILE:
Michael Olafusi is a 9-time Microsoft MVP and founder of MHS Analytics Inc. Canada. He enjoys sharing his data analysis knowledge with others and buying more books than he has time to read. He is obsessed with two wheels and doesn’t know how his first full winter in Canada will go.
