Writing Workshop

Join the Vancouver Prose & Poetry Critique Group for a bimonthly Writing Workshop!

Please bring 5 pages of prose, double-spaced, or 1 poem, no more than 3 pages in length (check the number of attendees the day of the event so you know how many copies of your work to bring). Please bring enough copies for everyone attending the workshop.

We will take turns reading the pieces (poems we read aloud, prose we do not as the prose pieces are typically longer) then we will critique the pieces. We welcome writers of all kinds and at all levels of experience so we ask our group members to always keep their comments constructive and respectful.

This is a great way to meet fellow writers, receive reader feedback, and improve whatever you're working on!

We will meet at the Panera Bread at 7200 NE Hwy 99 in Vancouver, WA, which has plenty of on-site parking.
