He was VP of Engineering at Snyk, joining as the first hire and scaling the team to 150 people as the company reached an $8.5B valuation. Over the past five years he has coached more than 100 engineering leaders at Seed through Series C companies across the US, Europe, and Israel. A major focus of his current work is helping engineering organizations become AI-native, turning individual AI productivity into team-level impact.
