Meet and greet in the pub

I'm sure there are lots of startups and others who use Ruby or Rails, or have some interest in the subject. I'd like to take over a patio or bar, and simply meet the people in the community and have everyone who is interested come out and say hello. Borrowing heavily from Pete Forde and the Rails Pub Nights.
