Welcome to Senior Ladies 55+ Outdoor Wellness & Walking Fitness Group!
We're excited to have you join us as we focus on body-mind-spirit wellness.
Weekly walks will be at a pace of 3-4 miles per hour for 1 - 1.5 hours per session.
Future activities will include hiking, outdoor fitness training, moving meditations, stretching, and kayaking during the warmer months.
Opportunities to travel as a group for hiking, kayaking, and wellness tours will be added as well.
In addition to physical fitness, we will have meetings to share and connect about all the fun things life brings us in this phase of life; empty nesters, retirement, health.
We look forward to exploring the beautiful outdoors in our area and beyond, connecting with like-minded women, and creating a vibrant community of active seniors embracing the great outdoors!
