### ⏰ Event Outline

• The exact meeting point and recommended walking route will be emailed to registered attendees a few days before the event. An optional WhatsApp group invite will also be sent, allowing participants to communicate and receive instructions from the remote organizer
• Please arrive at the meeting location by 12:45 PM wearing a name tag so others can easily identify you (masking tape with your name written on it is acceptable). Please don’t arrive late
• The group walk will begin at 1:15 PM, following the route provided in the email
• After the walk concludes, attendees may meet at a suggested coffee shop (shared in the email) for an optional post-walk social and refreshments
• After the event, participants will complete a short Google Forms survey indicating who they would like to connect with
• If two participants select each other, contact information will be exchanged by email

### 🌦 Weather Guidelines

This walk will take place rain or shine in normal Vancouver weather. Please dress accordingly. In cases of extreme weather, the event will be rescheduled. Refunds are not offered, but tickets will be transferred to the new date.
