Join us for a one-of-a-kind speed dating event set against the beautiful backdrop of the Vancouver Seawall. This is your chance to meet and connect with other local singles in a friendly, low-pressure environment.

Date & Time: Saturday, June 7th at 12:45 PM
Location: Stanley Park
Meeting Point: Aerodynamics Forms in Space Sculpture,
1940 W Georgia St, Vancouver, BC V6G 2L3

👗 Dress Code:
Smart casual is recommended. Please wear comfortable footwear suitable for a walk along the Seawall.

⏰ Arrival & Check-In:

Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Late arrivals may miss the event.
Check-In Process: Our host will greet you, walk you through the schedule, and answer any questions.
Pre-Event Mingling: Take a moment to settle in, meet fellow participants, and get ready for a fun experience.

🗓️ How It Works:

Icebreakers: The event kicks off with lighthearted games to help everyone feel at ease.
Seawall Walk & Rotations: You'll be paired up to stroll along the scenic Seawall. Every 6 minutes, a signal will prompt you to switch partners, giving you the opportunity to chat with a variety of people.
Scorecards: After the walk, you'll receive a link to a Google Form to list the people you’d like to get to know better. If you don’t have a smartphone, we’ll provide pen and paper.
Post-Event Matching: If two participants select each other, we’ll share contact details within 48 hours so you can continue the conversation beyond the event.

📸 Photography Notice:
We’ll be taking a few photos and short videos to capture the positive atmosphere and promote future events. Your comfort is important—just let us know upon arrival if you’d prefer not to appear in any images, and we’ll respect your privacy.

☁️ Weather Policy:
If there’s heavy rain or severe weather, the event may be rescheduled for everyone’s safety. In that case, all ticket holders will be notified via email.
Please note: Tickets are non-refundable but will be valid for the new date.
