👗 Dress Code
Smart casual is recommended. Be sure to wear comfortable footwear suitable for a scenic walk along the Seawall.

⏰ Arrival & Check-In

• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for a smooth check-in process. Arrivals after 1 pm may not be allowed to participate.
• Check-In: Our event host will greet you and give a quick introduction to the afternoon.
• Pre-Event Mingling: A chance to unwind, chat with other attendees, and ease into the experience.

🗓️ Event Flow

• Icebreaker Games: We’ll start with a few fun activities to help everyone loosen up and feel at ease.
• Seawall Walk & Chats: Participants will be paired up for a walk along the Seawall. Every 6 minutes, you'll switch partners, giving you the opportunity to talk with multiple people throughout the event.
• Scorecards: After the walk, you’ll receive a Google Forms link to indicate who you’d like to connect with further. Don’t have a smartphone? No worries — we’ll provide pen and paper.
• Post-Event Matches: If there's mutual interest, we’ll share contact info within 48 hours so you can keep the conversation going.

📸 Photography Notice
We’ll be taking a few casual photos and short video clips to capture the fun and promote future events. If you’d rather not be photographed, just let us know. We’ll gladly respect your wishes.

☁️ Weather Plan
Should we encounter heavy rain or extreme weather, the event may be rescheduled for everyone’s safety and comfort. In that case, all attendees will be notified by email. Note: Tickets are non-refundable but will be valid for the new date.

• Be on Time: Please arrive by 12:45 PM. Latecomers after 1:00 PM may not be able to join in, as it could interrupt the flow.
• Stay the Whole Time: Full participation is expected to maintain consistency and fairness.
• Respect Everyone: This is a welcoming and inclusive space. Kindness, respect, and open-mindedness are essential.
