EMPOWER is a village-inspired circle where you can come exactly as you are, and be welcomed.

### Intention of the Circle 💗

Think of this as a sacred support circle. When we navigate life’s bumps alone, we can miss blind spots or feel unsure of our next steps.

Through community, you can tap into a wider field of lived experience, perspective, skills, and wisdom.

### How the Circle Can Support You 💗

You may opt to:

💗 Share a current life challenge or success and choose whether or not to receive feedback. Sometimes just being witnessed in a safe space allows for resolution to emerge naturally.

💗 Celebrate a win, milestone, or moment of growth with the group

💗 Speak a goal or intention into the circle to receive support and accountability

💗 Celebrate a win, milestone, or moment of growth with the group

💗 Simply witness and hold space

You are welcome to participate in the way that feels most aligned for you. ✨

Each circle is different as each one is shaped by the shared energy and needs of the group.

### The Medicine of the Circle:

Tesla is trained in a wide range of embodied and integrative healing practices. You will be held in a carefully facilitated container that may include:

• Somatic awareness and embodied practices
• Breathwork and guided meditation
• Constellation-style exploration
• Ritual, oracle cards, and journaling
• Spot coaching

Each circle is a unique experience. Rather than a fixed agenda, we allow what shows up to guide the work.

Food is part of the medicine so you are encouraged to bring a healthy snack to share to foster community and connection. And of course, who doesn't love to eat? Tea is also served.

### This Space Is For You If

• You are on a healing or growth journey and curious to go deeper
• You are navigating a life transition or challenge and want to be witnessed or receive insight on your situation
• You want the option to receive spot coaching within a group setting, guided by whatever explorative practices the moment calls for (this could be playful, creative, or reflective)
• You have something that longs to be expressed and witnessed
• You feel called to practice holding space for community from a place of non-judgment or fixing

Following the circle, you are welcome to stay and mingle, eat more snacks, and have tea and chats. Sometimes this turns into a bit of an afterparty, even on weeknights!

7:00 Opening Circle. Please show up at least 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time.

Tesla has been facilitating sacred circles for over 10 years including Psychedelic Talking circles, women's circles, and plant medicine ceremonies. Her facilitation draws from a tapestry of embodied and attunement practices, including breathwork, somatic therapy, and constellation work. She has trained with Soma Breath, Karma teachers, Institute of Coaching Mastery, Somastery and more. She receives guidance from personal silent retreats, the intelligence of nature, plant teachers and attuning to her own somatic wisdom.
