For those of you who missed Louise Bedford’s talk on trading psychology you missed a good discussion on how traders tend to sabotage themselves by trading the wrong stocks.

As a follow-up, our next interactive discussion will be with Scott Bennett who is the founder of Invest with Rules. Rules were also highlighted by Louise in her talk.

Scott will be discussing his investing philosophy which centers on two core principles: focusing on stocks and ETFs in defined uptrends and identifying when large institutional investors are accumulating positions so individual investors can align with the strongest trends.

Invest with Rules is a research-driven platform that helps self-directed investors follow trends, track big-money flows, and manage risk with discipline. He also leads IWR Advisors, a Colorado-based investment advisory firm that provides done-for-you portfolio management combined with deep, personalized financial planning.

Before launching these firms, Scott spent more than 16 years at Fidelity Investments, where he supported high net worth investors. Based in the Denver area, Scott is a husband and father committed to helping investors build portfolios with clarity, confidence, and disciplined rules designed to avoid large losses while participating in long-term market growth.

This meeting will broadcast online on Thursday April 23, 2026 at 5:00 pm PT, 6:00 pm MT or 8:00 pm ET.
